When looking for a place to live the staff sets the vibe of the place. That’s why I can honestly say The Jefferson is not ... only in a great location(off the water) but is a great place to live. The management staff works together to make your living experience great creating an environment that’s safe as well as fun, with holiday/seasonal/sports themed tenant activities! I love living here. Quiet Place to Live

This is a nice complex. Maintenance works hard and the employees in the leasing office are nice and helpful. The complex ... is quiet, which was a big factor when I was choosing my new home. I love the location and being close to the water. There is a sense of community here. The gym here is great, they have a lot to offer. I am happy that I do not have to continue a gym membership. Great Community for the price

I moved into the Jefferson a couple months ago. The leasing staff was amazing at helping me find the correct fit for an apartment. ... I toured a 1 bedroom and a 2-bedroom and decided on the 2-bedroom. The maintenance staff is quick on their turn around time and they ensure that our needs are met.
