Quiet Place to Live
This is a nice complex. Maintenance works hard and the employees in the leasing office are nice and helpful. The complex ... is quiet, which was a big factor when I was choosing my new home. I love the location and being close to the water. There is a sense of community here. The gym here is great, they have a lot to offer. I am happy that I do not have to continue a gym membership. Great Community for the price
I moved into the Jefferson a couple months ago. The leasing staff was amazing at helping me find the correct fit for an apartment. ... I toured a 1 bedroom and a 2-bedroom and decided on the 2-bedroom. The maintenance staff is quick on their turn around time and they ensure that our needs are met.
